In the challenging times we are living in today, Forbes CEE Forum 2017 will focus, at the 100 year’ anniversary of Forbes brand, on leadership.

On September 25-26, journalists from the worldwide Forbes network along with international political, business and financial leaders and personalities from all over the world will join the debates of Forbes CEE Forum 2017 on the main topic of the event “Leadership matters! The next 100 years”.

The Forum will gather 400 senior policy makers, high profile investors and industry thought leaders, senior or board-level attendees from local and regional corporations, C-level managers and authorities.

The first event of such magnitude and scope in Romania, tackling present issues that are at the core of regional politics in South, Central and Eastern European areas, the Baltic countries and the Middle East.

Dragoș Anastasiu is The President of Eurolines Romania Group, which brings together the largest travel agencies network in the country (representing TUI brand in Romania) and one of the leading carrier of passengers (Eurolines). Since 2011, the agency network of TUI brand in Romania Eurolines is the best in the tourism market worldwide.
Since 2015 he joined also the hospitality industry by purchasing a 4-star resort in Danube Delta - Green Village.
Under his leadership, Eurolines Romania Group has developed continuously and it is today a reference group in transport and tourism in Romania.
Abroad has developed business in Germany and Moldova. Eurolines Group today integrates a total of 22 companies.
Dragoș Anastasiu was always involved in associative activities, first as President of the Association of Private Carriers (ACPR), then as President of the National Association of Travel Agencies in Romania (ANAT), trying, through collective projects, to support the evolution of industries represented.
He is currently President of the Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry and member of the "Romanian Business Leaders Foundation România".
Dragoș Anastasiu is interested in increasing the quality of services, new business opportunities and know how transfer by collaborators and the young generation. He supports also development of start-ups in various business lines other than those existing in its own portfolio.

Okan Yurtsever is the General Manager of Garanti Leasing, which together with Garanti Bank and Garanti Consumer Finance constitute Garanti Group Romania, one of the most dynamic and innovative financial Groups present on the local market.
Before taking over the top management position with Garanti Leasing, in September 2010, Okan Yurtsever was the Director of the Retail Banking and Bancassurance Division of Garanti Bank, since April 2007.
Okan started his banking career in 1996, in Isbank Turkey and the next year he joined Turkiye Garanti Bankasi (TGB), where he held different positions in areas such as treasury, auditing, and network management. Additionally, he was involved in long-term projects like Business Process Re-Engineering with Garanti Insurance Group and Garanti Leasing Turkey.
He graduated from the Political Sciences Faculty, with the Ankara University, and holds an MBA from the Kadir Has University in Istanbul.

Teofil Mureșan became an entrepreneur in 1997 when he founded Electrogrup and started offering consulting services in connection to the power infrastructure.
Mr. Mureșan is currently chairman of the board of Electrogrup and before taking this role, he was chief executive officer from 2003 until 2015 and technical director of the company from 2000 to 2003. Starting his career in 1989 as an electrical engineer at Deva Cement Factory, he afterwards held positions as dispatcher and chief dispatcher at the Local Dispatch Centre and the National Grid Control Centre.
Over the past 20 years, Mr. Teofil Mureșan gradually extended the lines of business of Electrogrup to telecom infrastructure and civil energy infrastructure - transforming the synergies among these fields into competitive advantage by leveraging the innovative concept of cross sector. The company collaborates with some of the most important telecom operators, energy distributors and industrial park or renewable energy production units developers. Over time, the various lines of business evolved into separate companies and today Electrogrup represents a group of companies with over 700 employees: Electrogrup, Direct One, Nova Power & Gas, Wesee and Netcity.
Entrepreneur of the Year at the 2012 edition of Champions in Business, Teofil Mureșan holds a variety of academic qualifications: he graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Cluj-Napoca in 1989, where he also received his PhD in Engineering in 2006. Mr. Mureșan also has a Master’s Degree in Strategy and Leadership at the London Business School and this year started a three years program, Owners and Presidents Management, at Harvard Business School.
